Payment Policy

Our goal is to provide the finest dental service at a reasonable fee. Our payment policy enables our dental staff to spend more time providing you with TLC dental care.

Patients with insurance plans

Our office will process all insurance forms. We recommend you verify your annual maximum with your insurance company. Once you exceed your annual maximum, payment in full is expected at the time of service. The following co-payments are required at the time of your visit.

  • Cleanings, x-rays and routine exams
  • Fillings and endodontic treatment
  • Composite filling on posterior teeth
  • Crowns
  • Dentures
  • no co-payment required
  • 20% co-payment required
  • 60% co-payment required
  • 50% co-payment required
  • 100% payment required at initiation

Patients without insurance

We offer a variety of discount dental services and dental payment plans for our patients who don't have dental insurance. Under these programs, payment in full is expected at the time of service.
